Breann’s twin brother, Bo, played AAU basketball with Trevor in middle school, and she kind of had a crush on him. Freshman year of high school, Breann made a Facebook status and got a notification, "Trevor Larson liked your status." Breann went to Trevor’s profile and "poked" him (I don't even think this is a thing anymore), and almost immediately he messaged her and said "Don't poke me 😉." We started dating in May 2011 and dated mostly throughout high school. We both ended up going to Wartburg for college and the rest is history. We got engaged on April 25th, 2019. It was a long time coming, but Trevor completely threw Bre for a loop that day! It was a Thursday night and Trevor asked Breann to go out for dinner (and oddly asked her to dress up - how didn't she pick up on this?!) on Main Street in Cedar Falls. Trevor oddly wanted to "close his rings" on his watch and asked to walk down by the Cedar River bridge before dinner, where he proposed. It was such a beautiful evening that we won't ever forget. We can't wait to start our lives together as husband and wife on August 1st, 2020! Moral of the story, let your kids get Facebook, they might find their future spouse.
