Ross and Kellie met online on the dating app, Bumble in May of 2022. They talked via text for about a week before meeting and had their first date in Waltham, MA at The Gaff (RIP) and the most delicious pizza place (also RIP). After a date night at the movies in June 2022, Ross officially asked Kellie to be his girlfriend. Just a few weeks later, they went to karaoke, because that's one of their favorite hobbies, and Ross asked Kellie to dance while someone sang "Tennessee Whiskey" by Chris Stapleton. Kellie was hesitant at first, but was so happy that she agreed because at that moment she felt like they were the only two people in the room and she knew he was the one she would marry one day. A little over a month later in July of 2022, Ross and Kellie saw the musical Wicked in Boston, and before saying goodnight, Ross told Kellie he loved her for the first time; Kellie threw her arms around him and happily said it back. Fast forward to a year later, Ross and Kellie celebrated their first year of dating in Stowe, VT. It may have been the rainiest weekend of the year, but they still made the best of their trip. In April of 2024, they moved into their first apartment together in Nashua, NH where they currently live and have been loving it ever since. On May 25, 2024, Ross, Kellie, and some of their friends headed into Boston on the most beautiful afternoon at the Boston Public Garden. Ross and Kellie had visited this one particular spot with a huge lantern overlooking the pond and that's exactly where Ross bent down on one knee and asked Kellie to marry him. After very quickly screaming, "YES!", we all celebrated and spent the rest of the afternoon/night in Boston with being treated at various bars, and ending the night at a drag show! Ross and Kellie then celebrated their two year anniversary of dating just a few weeks later in Bar Harbor, ME, and they both agreed that it was one of most beautiful places they've ever been to and they both can't wait to go back! And of course, Kellie had to test Ross out two months after that when they went to Disney World together with a few of their friends. Although it was hot, Ross survived the trip and both agreed that they're favorite part of the trip was their engagement photo shoot in front of Cinderella's castle. Ross and Kellie can't wait to celebrate with so many of their loved ones on October 19, 2025 at Birch Wood Vineyards!
