Colver Dam
Shown in the picture at the top of the website, Colver Dam, also known as Vetera Dam, is a peaceful spot less than 10 minutes from the venue. You can go for a nice walk, go fishing, etc. This is also where we got engaged :)
Prince Gallitzin State Park
Glendale offers beautiful lake views, hiking trails, and plenty of spots to relax in nature. If you're looking for a quick bite to eat or some ice cream there are also two ice cream places nearby (Pirate's Cove and Noel's) Glendale is about 25 minutes from the venue.
Panda Garden
If you’re looking for a quick lunch, Panda Garden is a one of our favorite restaurants. It’s perfect for grabbing something during the day or in between events. Other nearby options include Sheesecakes 'N' more (Their cheesecake is amazing!!), Blue Goose Inn, Young's Pizza & Wings, and Beaver Street Cafe.
Duman Lake County Park
Just outside of town, Dumans is also a great place to relax & enjoy nature. There are walking trails, picnic areas, a small playground, and lake views.
Carrolltown Hi-Way Drive-In
A classic drive-in theater, just a short drive from town. It’s a fun way to spend an evening with popcorn, snacks, and a double feature. While you won’t be able to visit during the break between the ceremony and reception, it’s a great option for the night before or after the wedding!
