While visiting Sav's family in Pensacola, her mom asked Quise if he would take senior pictures of Ky (Sav's brother). Quise obviously agreed and Ky began getting ready for his photoshoot. Unable to pass up on the chance to have some fire pictures taken, Savannah invited herself to join exactly as Quise anticipated. Sav even thought that she came up with the idea to have the photoshoot downtown at the Palafox Pier because Quise had been sending subluminal messages for weeks (and we thought Savannah was the psychology major). While downtown, Quise had an idea for a time lapse and had Sav pose with her back to the camera as she looked out at the water. Preoccupied with how her hair looked from behind and whether or not the straps on her dress were twisted, Sav was completely unaware that Quise was setting up the biggest surprise of her life. When Quise finally told Sav that he had "gotten enough footage," Savannah turned around and saw Quise get down on one knee with the most beautiful ring in hand. Standing behind Quise was Sav's family, her best friend Mackenzie, and even some of his family from Georgia who drove to be a part of the proposal holding signs that read, "Will you marry me?" She said YES and grabbed the ring out of the box before he could even move to put it on her finger.
