Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail it in? What if I can't attend after I already RSVP'd?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! To RSVP, please visit the RSVP tab on our website, where you can easily submit your response online. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can mail back the RSVP card included with your invitation. We kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as you can to help us finalize our plans. We can’t wait to see you there! If you aren't able to make it, we understand that life happens, and we will miss having you there! Please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot attend, either by emailing us (TheLanderosWedding@gmail.com) or using the RSVP option on the website so that we can plan accordingly.

Answer

While we love your little ones, we’ve decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event, with the exception of those closest to us who are part of the wedding. We hope this allows our adult guests to relax and fully enjoy the celebration. Thank you for understanding!

Where will the festivities take place?

Answer

The ceremony will take place at Rancho De Las Palmas, located at 3566 Sunset Valley Rd, Moorpark, CA 93021. The reception will follow at the same location. We are excited to host our ceremony outdoors, where we’ll exchange vows on a beautiful paved ground. Afterward, the celebration will continue inside with a lively and elegant reception.

What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm on Saturday, March 15, 2025. Please arrive accordingly to ensure you have time to find a seat and settle in before the ceremony begins. If you are late, you will not be let in until after the ceremony ends.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be a semi-formal event, so we invite you to dress in elegant yet comfortable attire. For men, this could mean a suit or dress trousers with a nice shirt, and for women, a chic dress or stylish jumpsuit. We recommend wearing footwear that is comfortable for walking on hard surfaces. We want everyone to feel great while celebrating with us, so please choose something that allows you to enjoy the day to the fullest. We can’t wait to see you all looking amazing!

What are the transportation and parking options?

Rancho De Las Palmas offers ample parking on-site, ensuring a convenient arrival for all guests. However, for those who prefer not to drive, we highly recommend using ride-sharing services like Uber, which are very familiar with the venue and make for an stress-free way to get there. If you're planning to carpool, that is a great option as well! For guests who may need to leave their cars overnight, the venue has generously allowed vehicles to be picked up the following morning until 11:00 AM. We encourage guests to take advantage of these options for a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly ask for an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present. Our professional photographers will be capturing all the important moments, and we’ll be sure to share the photos with you afterward. You’re welcome to take photos during the reception, and we encourage you to share your pictures with us on social media using our wedding hashtag: #TheLanderosWedding. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.

What if I have a dietary requirement?

We want everyone to enjoy the celebration, so if you have any dietary restrictions or special requests, please let us know in advance. When you RSVP, there will be an option to indicate any dietary preferences or requirements (e.g., vegetarian, gluten-free, allergies). What will the weather be like?

Our wedding is scheduled for late winter/early spring, and we’ve prepared for any weather with the ceremony being outside, the reception will be inside regardless. Be sure to check the weather forecast closer to the date, and dress accordingly for the temperature. We’ll keep you updated if there are any changes due to weather conditions.

Rancho de las Palmas is located at 3566 Sunset Valley Road, Moorpark, CA 93021. Driving Directions: From Los Angeles: Take the I-5 North freeway. Merge onto CA-118 West toward Moorpark. Take exit 22 for Los Angeles Avenue. Turn right onto Los Angeles Avenue. Turn left onto Sunset Valley Road. Continue on Sunset Valley Road; the venue will be on your right. From Ventura: Take the US-101 South freeway. Merge onto CA-118 East toward Moorpark. Take exit 22 for Los Angeles Avenue. Turn left onto Los Angeles Avenue. Turn left onto Sunset Valley Road.
