Contrary to what Marcus thinks I spotted him first! So here’s the story… I was getting breakfast one day at Philips at the Blackboard office building down in Chinatown and I noticed this nice, young black man. I thought to myself “oh he’s fine!” I noticed him a few times down there getting breakfast but never said anything. I didn’t realize he actually worked at my company until one Summer day a few keys on my laptop broke while at work. I called IT they said bring it down and whose down there?! The fine BLACK MAN – Marcus. I immediately thought to myself JACKPOT! Hahahaha My Laptop was fixed but I noticed some files were deleted so I had to bring it back to him. He immediately recovered them which I knew was fishy. The man just wanted to see me again. I peeped game though because I’m hip but I played along because he was fine as ever, dressed well and articulated. We instant messaged at work a lot, went on lunch dates and then our first official date at Ruth Chris. He was let go from the position and blames me to this day because I “forced him to give me hugs every day” – he wanted to though! Without those hugs we wouldn’t have gotten as close as we are. Meeting him has been the biggest blessing in my life. One house, 3 cars, 2 businesses and multiple jobs and promotions later getting let go was all worth it.

While working at Blackboard in Chinatown, I stumbled upon this beautiful woman with an amazing body. I knew I had to have her so I immediately offered my assistance when she needed help with her laptop. After I helped her resolve one issue I created another issue with her laptop intentionally to allow me to see her once more. It worked! We began instant messaging while at work, went on plenty dates and got to know each other. Although she got me fired from that position I feel lucky because she taught me how to love and now I have her as my wife.
