Guests may begin arriving at 4:15pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm so please arrive no later than 4:20pm.
In order to keep our guest list on track, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.
We love all of your children, however we have decided to make this an adults-only celebration. Book your babysitter and have a night!
Yes, there is parking available at the venue and you are able to leave your car there overnight. If you leave your car overnight, please keep your keys on you through the event or get them from valet at the end of the night.
Yes. There will be busses from each hotel to the venue. Please confirm times on the itinerary provided to you with your welcome bag. Buses will bring guests back to hotels at the end of the night as well.
The ceremony will be held outdoors on grass. Check the weather in advance and plan accordingly, as it will be late October. The cocktail hour will be in an indoor/outdoor space. The reception will take place indoors.
