Thomas and Zak met at Texas A&M in 2020. They were both part of the same student organization called Sophomores Leading and Motivating. After that, they became roommates the last two years of college and remained best friends.

Brad is the brother-in-law to Zak. They first met when Zak’s older sister, Chelsea, brought him home from college as a “friend” in 2009 and later got married in 2012. Brad’s been a part of Zak’s life for well over a decade and has truly seen him grow up.

Makayla is Zak's second oldest sister. Sidney once again is thrilled to have another sister to do life with and has loved being able share her love for A&M and bond over messing with Zak when they are all together. :)

Zak’s sister, Makayla, had introduced her boyfriend Joseph to each other during 2020 while they were all attending Texas A&M. From that point on, Joseph has been a great mentor to Zak while constantly sharing fantasy football knowledge with each other.

Haley is Sidney's cousin. Haley has had such a huge impact on Sidney's faith life and if they are caught on the phone together the phone call will be 2 hours long for sure. Haley and Sidney lived together in Galveston while studying for Nursing and PA school. Sidney is so excited to have Haley stand by her side on her big day!

Clay and Zak go all the way back to kindergarten where they were both part of the same class at Saint Michaels School. While growing up together, they were always part of the same sports teams and hung out every chance they had.

Cecilia has been in Sidney's life before Sidney was even born. Together these two have been through every stage of life together. Everything Sidney has done in life, promise you it was inspired by Cecilia and what she had done before! Sidney is beyond thankful for her and will always be Cece to her!

Odie is Zak’s older cousin. Being only a year apart in age and both growing up in Weimar together, they’ve been a part of each other’s lives for as long as they can remember and are proud to call each other family.

Chloe is a college friend of Sidney who she also met at TAMUCC freshmen year. Chloe has always been that steady rock with no matter the distance or stage of life. She has been there with Sidney through more ups and downs no matter the distance or crazy thing Sidney has gotten herself into. Chloe always thinks of the smallest things that mean the most to Sidney.

Russ and Zak also met at Texas A&M in 2020. They were both part of Texas A&M SLAM (Sophomores Leading and Motivating) and remained close after that.

Sidney met Kate within the first few days of college at TAMUCC where COVID lockdown sparked Kate and Sidney's friendship with lunch on dorm room floors and online zoom together. From there together transferred to A&M and eventually both moved to Galveston to study for Nursing and Occupational Therapy along with Haley! Three schools later, Sidney can't thank Kate enough and for helping her through Chem 1 freshmen year all the way through Nursing Clinicals on her last day.

Sam and Zak met in 2016, during sophomore year of high school in Weimar. Sam had just moved in from Utah where they quickly became friends while practicing baseball during the entire off-season.

Jennifer is Sidney's childhood friend. Jennifer and Sidney grew up together on the same street. Through Jennifer's front door, you could expect Sidney to walk straight through it and plop on her family's couch chatting away. Jennifer and Sidney shared a childhood that Sidney is beyond grateful for and back since 2006 Jennifer has made Sid bridesmaid list;)

Houston and Zak’s friendship also dates back to kindergarten at Saint Michael’s School. They have shared many memories together through numerous fishing and hunting trips, and working the same job during the last two years of high school. They were also roommates during junior year of college.

Brooke and Sidney have known each other since junior high. Throughout high school between drill team, school and everyday in between you could find them side by side doing the same thing. Even career wise they are both now are nurses and continue to share and swap stories and laughs. Sidney is forever grateful for their friendship no matter the distance and is so excited for her to share her special day with her!

Sidney met Riley sophomore year at A&M through SLAM the organization Zak and Sidney met through. It was junior year that Riley, Andre (groomsmen), Zak and Sid that their shared love for honky-tonks, beer, pool and dominos sparked their friendship. Then and forever, Riley will always be her 42 partner;)

Andre and Zak had met while at Texas A&M in 2020. They were both part of Texas A&M SLAM (Sophomores Leading and Motivating) first as members, then became counselors the following year and were part of the same committee.

John and Zak were roomies for a while when he lived with the Dunbar family while his career was taking off with the Astros in Houston. John and Zak have a shared loved for baseball, football and legos and Zak can't wait to have John be a part of the big day!
