Non Hosted Welcome Dinner

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

Join us for some local brews and food truck delicacies! Come any time between 6-9pm to say hi and have a local beer! Seating is open and relaxed, not reserved so the bride and groom will be bouncing around from table to table. Unfortunately, due to Utah laws children are not allowed even if they are babies 🙄. I’m sorry about this our original location was unable to accommodate us! Please text Katie for sitter help!

Yoga on the Deck, Coffee with Andrea (MOB), or a hike with Larry (FOB)

8:00 am - 9:00 am

Cozy sweats and workout vibes!

Mats, instruction, water, nibbles, coffee, and positivity will be provided. Bring your Zen! Andrea is Katie's mom and she will be ready with coffee, good company, and the best morning personality you could ask for. Larry would love to take you up the Bell Canyon trail on a nice 2 mile round trip hike behind the house if that's more your cup of tea! In summary, if you don't fancy yoga but want to hang out with us, we would LOVE that so please come on by, bring your hunny, and let's get together!

Ceremony & Reception

4:30 pm - 11:30 pm

Garden Attire: Wear sundresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues, and fun hats and fascinators.

Due to the secrecy of the event location, we will be providing transportation to the venue. We recommend guests stay at the three hotels we reserved room blocks for as this is where the busses will pickup and drop off guests. If you choose to not stay at the hotels, please meet at the Residence Inn (address above) by 4:15 pm to utilize provided transportation. There will be three buses returning to the hotels at 9:30, 10:30, and 11:30pm.

Farewell Brunch

8:00 am - 11:00 am

Whether you're grabbing a quick plate on the way to your flight or looking to mingle some more, please join us for a rolling brunch to bid the new couple one final farewell! Come join us for a casual brunch on your way home.
