Yes! We are really passionate about our ceremony remaining "unplugged" — meaning free of cell phones, tablets, cameras and any other recording device. When you use a device to record or photograph a ceremony, it takes away from the moment that our photographer could capture because your phone is in the aisle, in the way and, of course, clearly noticeable, no matter how close you hold it to your body or think it's hidden. We have an incredible set of photographers for our day and we promise to share all of our beautiful photos with everyone! We're thrilled to be able to share in this day with our amazing friends and family, but we will not be too shy to have someone ask you to leave if you can't respect our wishes. We hope you can understand!
We love the little ones, but we're asking that only our immediate family (brothers and sisters) bring their children. We hope you understand!
Unfortunately, due to our large families and our intimate venue, we can't provide everyone with the opportunity to bring a plus one. Please contact us or refer to your invitation for information on whether you can bring an additional person.
We are asking that everyone RSVP online or by contacting us directly by April 20, 2020 to ensure that there is enough time to make accommodations with our venue and catering.
We will have an open bar for beer and wine throughout the evening after the ceremony. All other alcoholic beverages will be available through cash bar.
We cannot guarantee that there will be a LYFT or UBER available. We do plan to have a shuttle from the Hilton Garden Inn before the ceremony and after the reception, but it is not recommended that you leave your vehicle at the Country Club because it could be towed. Please make plans accordingly, as Brandon and I will not be responsible for any fees/towing.
Please contact us with your food allergy, so we can make sure there are arrangements for you!
Kailee will accept any texts, calls or emails until the week of the wedding (cell: 240-671-1016 or krolls2020@gmail.com).
