When should I RSVP by?

Please let us know if you will be joining us by September 1. Your plans can be communicated via the "RSVP " tab above.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue at 5:00. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Our wedding is black tie optional. For men, please wear a suit or tuxedo. For women, please wear a formal midi or full-length dress. We encourage you to dress in dark neutral tones to match our color palette.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors (weather permitting). The reception will be indoors. Though Virginia is traditionally mild in October, please check the weather and dress accordingly!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate guests formally noted on your invitation. If you received a plus one, there will be a place to share their information when you fill out the RSVP. Thank you so much for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our ceremony and reception will be an adults only affair. The total headcount invited for your party will be reflected when you go to RSVP. We hope you can take an evening off to relax and party with us!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please note any allergies on your RSVP so that we can inform the culinary team. We are providing three meal options to choose from, one of which is Vegetarian.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Our venue is very centrally located within the Charlottesville area! We encourage the use of ride-share services for the evening, such as Uber and Lyft. Please navigate to the "Accommodations" tab above for a list of nearby hotels.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking at the venue. Should you choose to use a ride-share service to get home, you are welcome to leave your car overnight.

Please navigate to the "Registry" tab above to view our selections. Note that we have included "Cash Funds" in addition to items. These are equally meaningful to us as we begin our new life together!
