Sabrina and I go way back to 4th grade! So many years of memories since then. I remember when Sabrina came home on her day off from camp and the first thing she said was...“so there’s this guy…” I was super excited for her and told her to tell me more, and she described how intentional he was with her, and how he would go out of his way to subtly let her know that he was interested in her. Fast forward a few weeks, and they went on their first date and started spending more time together. He even bought them tickets to see Sabrina’s favorite artist in concert! Will didn’t just focus on Sabrina; he also made an effort to care for her friends. After meeting him just once, he checked in on me when he learned I had COVID, and he would occasionally send Sabrina money to get Chick-fil-A for her and our housemates. I especially appreciate how grounded he is in his faith. Even though they were long-distance, he made time for weekly devotions with Sabrina and truly led her in every aspect of her life. I love the way he loves my best friend, and I couldn’t have imagined anyone better for her than him!

Ohhh William. In the peak of pandemic classes, I would see this blondie with a mask through zoom, sitting front and center in the architecture classroom and I never would have imagined that he would be one of my best friends one day. Fast forward a few years and maann a LOT happened… He went to camp and got a girlfriend! I remember him telling me stories about how he thought she was out of his league, but how she ended up really falling for him. Then, fast forward and I find out that Sabrina is actually my distant cousin!! What are the ODDS (The world is really a small place). Getting to know Sabrina has been absolutely amazing. I couldn’t think of someone more perfect for one of my brothers. Sabrina and Will have gone through so many years of long-distance relationship, and so many miles traveled to see each other. Yet they based their relationship on God, and He has truly blessed them in every step they’ve taken. I truly love both of them, and I couldn’t be happier for this moment in their life and what's ahead :)
