What options are available for getting home safely?

With it being Craven Weekend, we highly encourage guests to make arrangements for a safe ride home. Please consider using local taxi services, rideshare apps (like Uber or First Choice), or designating a driver if you plan on drinking. Your safety is important to us, and we want everyone to get home safely after the celebration!

We’ll be running a toonie bar-$2 drink tickets (cash only).

Yes! We’ll be serving a Ukrainian buffet, so come hungry and ready to enjoy some delicious dishes. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or preferences when you RSVP so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Due to limited space, we’ve had to keep our guest list small. If you're unsure whether you're invited with a plus one, please check your invitation or contact us directly.

Is there parking available?

Yes, parking is available behind the venue. To make the walk from parking easier, golf carts will be available to shuttle guests to the venue, so no need to worry about the distance.

Is there trailer/camper parking?

Answer

For those wishing to stay overnight in a trailer or camper, there is parking available behind the venue. Please note that there are no power hookups in this area, so plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin at 2:00 PM, so please arrive at least 30 minutes early to ensure you have time to get settled and enjoy the atmosphere!

What is the dress code for the wedding?

The dress code is semi-formal, but please keep in mind that it will be a hot summer day. Dress accordingly, and as the event will be held on grass, we recommend considering your shoe choice for comfort.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

While we love that you want to capture memories, we ask that you leave the photography to our official photographer during the ceremony so that everyone can be present and fully enjoy the moment. Feel free to take photos during the reception!

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

The greatest gift we could ask for is your presence on our special day! If you'd like to give a gift, we would be grateful for contributions to our honeymoon fund. Of course, if you have something else in mind, we’d be equally touched by a thoughtful gift.
