What is the attire?

Answer

We kindly encourage semi-formal attire. Please refrain from wearing denim or shades of white. We are getting married in a garden, so bright colors and beautiful patterns are encouraged.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally addressed on the invitation. The names of invited guests will also appear when you RSVP here on the website. Thank you for understanding!

When do we need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by February 1, 2027 either by using our website or your formal invitation. If you do not respond by the RSVP date we will assume you are unfortunately able to attend.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you. Bring your dancing shoes!

When should I arrive? Where should I park?

Answer

We ask you park in the parking lot outside of Baker Hall. There will be golf carts that will pick you up and take you to the ceremony and reception site at their respective times. The last golf cart will come 20 minutes before the ceremony, to avoid disruptions please anticipate coming 30 minutes prior to the scheduled ceremony time.

Is parking free?

When you arrive, please tell the person at the gate that you are here for the Koolman wedding and they will let you in for free, please park at Baker Hall.
