What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive to Hazelwood Weddings no later than 30 minutes before the ceremony start time.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is on-site parking at Hazelwood Weddings. If you choose to drive, Hazelwood Weddings asks you to please pick your car up by 9:00 am the next morning.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle from the hotel to the venue and back to the hotel at the end of the night. If you drive to Hazelwood Weddings then decide to take the shuttle back at the end of the night, you must pick your car up by 9:00 am the next morning.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love and adore your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids home so you can celebrate with us.

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.
