Cocktail attire. For women that can include dresses, pantsuits, or dressy separates. For men, suit (tie optional) or sport jacket and dress shirt.

It is customary to arrive thirty minutes before the ceremony. It will begin at 3:30 PM.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, free valet parking will be available at the venue. Please be sure to take advantage of the valet because parking for the venue is in the underground Theater District garage and can be confusing. For valet parking please enter at the corner of Smith Street and Texas Avenue.

How do I access The Ballroom at Bayou Place?

Answer

There is a large stairwell at the entrance to the venue. If you are unable to navigate the stairs, please be aware that there is an elevator available just past the entrance to the stairs and to the left. Take the elevator to the second floor to enter the venue.
