Is there a dress code?

Yes. The attire is black-tie preferred. Black-tie preferred means tuxedos or dark suits are welcome, and floor-length gowns are preferred for women.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Complimentary onsite parking is available at the venue. We’ve also secured additional parking nearby at: Holy Trinity Church 1900 The Plaza Charlotte, NC 28205 Shuttles will be available from the hotel.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, so we kindly ask guests to arrive by 4:00–4:15 PM to find your seat and get settled.

Will the wedding be held inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place mostly outdoors, with a tent provided for comfort and coverage.
