How early should we arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:30PM, so it may be a good idea to arrive sometime between 30 to 15 minutes early.

How late can we stay?

Answer

We kindly ask that everyone is ready to close the night out by 10:00PM.

Can we bring food or beverages with us?

Answer

Our venue does NOT allow outside food or beverages with the exception of our wedding cake.

What food and beverage options will be provided?

Answer

We have chosen to cater through the resort, and have selected a variety of dinner choices that you can view upon RSVPing. A cash bar will be available during the reception and after party.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer

We have provided a vegetarian option for the dinner reception, but unfortunately that is the only accommodation we could make through our caterer.

Where is your registry?

Answer

We have decided that our next step in our adventure is to save for a down payment on a house! Knowing this, we would greatly appreciate cash contributions in place of registry gifts!

When is the RSVP deadline?

We ask that you have completed your RSVP by August 1st.

Question

What is your phone policy?

Answer

Please refrain from using your phone or taking pictures during the ceremony. We will have two staffed photographers that will cover multiple angles, and we do not want their view to be obstructed.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Everyone is accounted for in our guest list. We have a guest capacity of 100, and surprise plus ones would result in us being charged more and they would not be accounted for in our seating and dining plans.
