When you enter the lobby of Hotel Lafayette, proceed straight ahead (towards the elevators) then go through the doors to your right, just beyond the reception desk. From there, there will be signs directing you up a few flights of stairs to get to our celebration. Reception will be in the Greenhouse Room and the ceremony will be in the adjacent interior courtyard.
At this point in time, Erie County, guided by the CDC, is requiring masks in county buildings but has not issued a mandate requiring masks in all buildings. That said, the Hotel Lafayette and Pearl Street events are private businesses and have the right to have enhanced requirements and/or different requirements based upon vaccination status. Should those be in effect, we ask that you respect and comply with the requirements. If there are any changes, we'll let you know by updating this answer. For information on CDC masking guidelines, as of August 13, 2021, please visit https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/prevent-getting-sick/about-face-coverings.html
There are several lots that are easily accessible to the Hotel Lafayette, the closest of which are: Adam Ramp - 1 block south on Washington (cross street E Eagle St) AllPro Parking Lot #003 - 1 block north on Washington (cross street Broadway) Of course, there is always plentiful street parking as well.
Our fingers are crossed that the weather holds, but if it does decide to rain, we will move our ceremony inside to the Greenhouse room.
We invited you to take part in our day as an important member of our lives. While we're flattered that you want to memorialize our ceremony, we'd prefer that you put the phone or camera away and focus on being part of the event. We've hired an amazing photographer who will be capturing it all and if you really want to DIY - head on over to our photobooth once the dancing starts!
Sure did! We're bringing in an amazing digital photo booth, so let your creativity shine. Even better, you can take those awesome photos, videos, and boomerangs and text, or email them to yourself directly on the spot! If you plan to share on social media, please use our hashtag: #TheKitaMyMeart
