Our story began with a classic Cape Cod summer. Clare had just graduated from college in Vermont, and David had recently moved from Texas back home to Massachusetts. Neither of us was expecting to meet the person we would spend our lives with. But while working together at Cape Cod National Golf Club, what started as a fun summer romance quickly became something neither of us could ignore. It truly felt like a romance from a novel, and we will cherish that magical summer forever. Over the years, we've shared countless memories. From summer nights at Fenway Park and road trips across New England and down the East Coast, to simple beach days and breweries with friends, we've always found joy in simply being together. While we've been lucky enough to experience countless adventures, it's the quiet moments in between that matter most—the dinners at home, the morning walks to get coffee, and the comfort of knowing we've found our person. In December 2025, David proposed at Millway Beach on Cape Cod while we were doing one of our favorite things—walking the dogs on the beach. It was simple, meaningful, and perfectly us. We are so grateful for the journey that brought us here and for the family and friends who have been there to see it all. We cannot wait to celebrate this next chapter with the people we love most!
