Will transportation be provided?

Answer

A shuttle will be provided from downtown to and from the venue Saturday night from the AC Hotel Downtown Bozeman, leaving at 4:15. Although Uber is available in Bozeman, we recommend driving to the Welcome BBQ Friday, as it is more remote. **If you do not plan on having a car for the weekend or want to indulge Friday night, please contact Kate or Harrison for Friday shuttle information**

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is Cowboy Cocktail. Cocktail attire with a Western flare! Cowboy Cocktail attire. For men, a casual or lighter-colored suit. For ladies, a short or long fun, wester or floral dress. Boots, hats, bolo ties, etc. encouraged! The event is mostly outside on the grass, so be mindful of footwear. Light jackets are encouraged, as Montana evenings can be chilly.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We are happy to welcome children to our wedding celebration. However, we completely understand if you’d prefer to make it an adult night out. It's entirely up to you!

We kindly ask for no gifts. We truly believe that the love and support of our friends and family are the greatest gifts we could ask for.

Yes, there is plenty of parking onsite at the venue.
