When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by May 1st! After this date we will sadly have to assume you will not be joining us!

What if I can't make it?

Answer

We will miss you dearly! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "Not Attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited will be accommodated! If you received a plus one, it will appear when you RSVP!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! We are requesting a semi-formal dress code for the evening. Wear whatever color you would like, but please no white.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm, we recommend you aim to arrive by 4:30-4:45 to ensure you can find your seat comfortably before the "I Do's"! Due to the venue layout, guests who arrive after 5 will have to wait till the reception to enter the venue.

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that phones are put away during the ceremony portion of our day. We hired an amazing photographer that will ensure the moment is captured beautifully! We encourage our friends and family to take as many photos and videos throughout the remainder of the day, once the ceremony is finished!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There are 160 free parking spots at our venue for your convenience!! Our beautiful venue also has plenty of handicap accessible entrances & parking for everyone's comfort and convenience!

Will the wedding be held outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outside, while our reception will be inside! Throughout the entire night, there will be an outside space to enjoy, overlooking the beautiful Louisville Skyline & Ohio River, so please plan accordingly!

What is the weather like in May in Louisville?

Answer

Unfortunately, Louisville is a wild card when it comes to weather. This day could be crystal clear with no chance of wind or rain, or it could be pouring! As the date approaches, we will be clear to update with any changes and weather predictions, so stay tuned! On a perfect day in Louisville in May, the weather is perfectly cool while not being cold! It could range anywhere from 65-85, so please plan accordingly!
