Banff Sunshine Village Ski & Snowboard Resort

Banff Sunshine Village Ski & Snowboard Resort

AB, Canada

Although we didn’t get the chance to ski during our visit to Banff due to all the planning, we highly encourage all guests to check out the amazing slopes nearby. Banff Sunshine Village is just a 20-minute drive from the Fairmont, and a shuttle is included with your lift ticket for easy transport. This mountain has been ranked #5 in North America by Peak Rankings!

The Banff Gondola offers breathtaking views of all of Banff, and at the top, you’ll find a bar and a fine dining restaurant where you can book a prix-fixe meal. We recommend taking the ride up and enjoying a cocktail with the stunning scenery. Just make sure to dress warmly—the gondola isn’t heated!
