Question

When should we arrive in Montana? When should we fly back home?

Answer

We have our welcome reception at 5 pm on Thursday, 6/22 so if possible, we'd love for you to arrive Thursday morning. Our wedding takes place on Friday 6/23 and we're having a day party (activity still TBD) on Saturday, 6/24 so if your schedule allows, we'd love for you to stay until Sunday, 6/25.

Which airport do we fly into?

Answer

Please fly into the Missoula Montana Airport (MSO). You can either rent a car or call a Lyft/Uber to take you to your hotel.

I cannot decide which town to stay in. How far is the welcome reception from the wedding venue?

Answer

The welcome reception is in Downtown Missoula, which is 36 miles (45 minutes) from our wedding venue in Victor. Depending on your preferences, either location could make sense. If you're staying the entire weekend and want the luxury of walking to/from cafes, restaurants, and bars, we recommend staying in Downtown Missoula. If the downtown feel is not for you, we recommend staying in Hamilton. If you choose Hamilton, please consider renting a car as you're further from some amenities.

Do you have a room block?

Answer

We were unable to secure a room block, as there is a marathon in town that weekend and hotels were unable to commit to holding rooms. In the travel section, we have our recommendations on where to stay, with varying price points, in both downtown Missoula (close to the welcome reception) and Hamilton (close to the wedding venue).

If I didn't RSVP to the events on Thursday or Sunday, may I still attend these events?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. As a courtesy, we ask that you please RSVP in the "RSVP" section of the website for each event where you'll be in attendance. Final numbers are needed in advance for reservations, ordering, and vendor payment.

Is there transportation to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

We will provide transportation from both Downtown Missoula and Hamilton to the wedding venue and back. Exact pickup and drop-off times closer to our wedding date.

What’s the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Dressy casual or semi-formal. Ladies, dresses or jumpsuits will work best and if you plan on wearing heels, please ensure they're a thicker block heel, so you do not sink into the grass. Gentlemen, if you plan on wearing a suit, lighter colors will work best, should it be a hot day. Please check out the venue's website and it may help you choose how dressy (or not) you'd like to be.

Are children invited to the wedding weekend?

Answer

Children from our immediate families are welcome to join the festivities. Unfortunately, due to capacity, we cannot extend this to guests outside of our immediate family.
