What should I wear?

Answer

We’d love for our guests to dress in semi-formal attire. A step above casual but not quite black tie. For men, a suit or dress pants with a collared shirt is great. For women, cocktail dresses, midi dresses, or dressy separates work beautifully. We want everyone to feel comfortable, confident, and ready to celebrate! Please avoid wearing white.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Details on how to RSVP will be included on the invitation we send in 2026. You can expect to RSVP about six weeks before the wedding. In the meantime, please save the date on your calendar!

Where should I stay?

Answer

Please visit the Travel tab on our website for our designated room blocks. If you would like to stay downtown Saint Joseph and closer to Lake Michigan please see the alternate options listed under the Travel tab.

Is transportation available for guests?

Answer

Absolutely! Shuttles will run between the venue and the two designated hotels listed on our Travel tab. The shuttle schedule will be available at the hotels. Is there parking at the venue?

Yes! Feel free to leave your car overnight, just be sure to grab it by 12 PM the next day.

While we adore your children, our wedding will be an adults only event. We appreciate your understanding and hope you can enjoy a relaxing evening celebrating with us!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your invitation will indicate if a guest is included. We truly appreciate your understanding as we celebrate with our closest family and friends.

Do I need to bring my ID?

Answer

YES! Your ID is your golden ticket to the fun. The venue will not accept photos or screenshots, so don’t forget the real thing!

I have a dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! You’ll be able to make special requests for food allergies or dietary restrictions when you fill out your RSVP.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

The Hilton Garden Inn has kindly offered to keep their bar open so the celebration can continue until 2 a.m. the night of the wedding!
