When should I book my hotel room?

Answer

Our discounted hotel room blocks are available from Thursday, October 22nd, through Monday, October 26th. To receive the special group rate, reservations must be made by August 27th.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to dress in formal attire. With grassy areas on site, we recommend avoiding stiletto heels. For the Ladies: Bring out your favorite party dress — something classy, chic, and made for celebration. Midi or floor-length is ideal. For the Gents: Time to suit up! A tailored suit or blazer with dress pants is perfect.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Shuttles will arrive at the Hampton Inn and Courtyard Marriott at 4:15 pm. Please be in the lobby a few minutes before the designated pick-up time. Parking at the venue is limited, so we encourage guests not staying at either hotel block to meet at the Hampton Inn to catch the shuttles to the venue at the scheduled time. Following the reception, shuttles will return guests to their respective hotels.

Are kids welcome?

For our special day, we've decided to keep our wedding adults-only, so everyone can fully relax and enjoy the evening with us. We hope you'll take this as a chance for a special weekend getaway!

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guest formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

CAN WE TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We kindly ask our guests to refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. Our professional photographers will capture all the special moments so everyone can relax, unplug, and be fully present with us.
