FAQs

Question

When should I book my room at the resort?

Answer

Because we did not secure a room block at the resort, the rooms are first come, first served. It's better to book as soon as possible to secure your desired room, but the last day to book your stay for our wedding is November 15, 2026. The resort does not charge your card until 30 days before your arrival, so there is no need to have the full amount available when you book your stay.

Question

I RECEIVED AN EMAIL ALLOWING ME TO CHOOSE MY ROOM LOCATION AFTER BOOKING, BUT IT SAYS THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE. DO I HAVE TO PAY IT?

Answer

No, you do not have to choose your room location and pay the additional fee. This is a new policy Excellence Coral initiated this year. If you don't select your room location, you will still be assigned a room in your chosen room category.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is Beach Formal. Light, airy attire is encouraged. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be outdoors.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by February 28th, 2026.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to budget and space limitations, we simply can’t afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. If your invitation was addressed to you and a guest, you were given a plus one.

Question

Does it cost money to use your travel agent?

Answer

If you choose to book through our travel agent, there will be no additional fee for her services. To visit our travel agent's website, please visit the "Booking and Resort Information" tab.

Question

Do I have to use your travel agent?

Answer

No. However, if you choose to book on your own, you will need to use our group code to get our discounted rate and to attend our wedding events. The group code can be found on our travel agents website.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

The resort is adults only. They will not allow any guests under 18 years of age to stay at the resort or to attend any events on the property.

Question

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. We will gladly share the photographers photos after the celebration.
