Our wedding ceremony will take place outdoors under the shade of the banyan trees (where Buist proposed). Our cocktail hour will take place outdoors on the pool deck at the Gasparilla Inn Beach Club during sunset then move along to dinner and reception in a combination of indoor spaces also within the Gasparilla Inn Beach Club. The welcome party and rehearsal dinner will both be indoors with views of the marina.
Golf carts are the most popular mode of transportation in Boca Grande, however, majority of the restaurants and wedding activities are walkable from the Inn. Please keep in mind we have arranged transportation from the Inn to Friday and Saturdays events and the walk to and from the Beach Club is 0.3 miles (est. 6 mins). Yes! We have arranged shuttle vans to take guests to and from from the Gasparilla Inn on Friday for the welcome party and Saturday for the ceremony (and on to the reception) If you have decided to rent a golf cart, you are more than welcome to drive yourself to any of the events, there will be parking.
