Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

Our celebration will be held at Andalusian Oaks, a breathtaking European-style venue located at 11501 NW 160th Ave, Morriston, FL 32668. Nestled in the heart of Central Florida, Andalusian Oaks offers a romantic atmosphere with its Italian-inspired architecture and lush gardens.

What time does the ceremony begin?

Answer

The ceremony will commence promptly at 4:30 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive by 4:00 PM to allow ample time for parking and seating.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, ample parking is provided on-site at Andalusian Oaks. A golf cart shuttle service will be available to assist guests from the parking area to the ceremony site. Please note that there will be no overnight parking allowed at the venue, and due to its location, ride-sharing services like Uber may be limited. We recommend having a designated driver or using the transportation provided by the hotel room block.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. Ladies are encouraged to wear block heels, wedges, or stylish flats to navigate the gravel paths and grassy areas comfortably. Gentlemen should consider wearing dress slacks or a suit; ties are optional but welcome. Spring colors and florals are encouraged.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is planned to take place outdoors, weather permitting. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors to the venue's elegant reception hall.

We absolutely adore all of our little ones, but we’ve decided to keep the evening adults-only. We want our parents to fully enjoy a kid-free night of dancing, delicious food, and celebration. We hope you understand and know we’ll be raising a glass to the kiddos in spirit!

Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

Yes! A delightful selection of appetizers will be served during the cocktail hour, followed by a buffet dinner during the reception. A bar will be available throughout the evening to keep spirits high. And for those who work up an appetite after dancing the night away, we’ve got you covered!! Late-night pizza will be served, fresh from the venue’s very own pizza oven!

Absolutely! We want everyone to enjoy the celebration without worry. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs. Your safety and enjoyment are our top priority!

What accommodations are available nearby?

World Equestrian Center (15 minutes away): A luxury resort offering upscale accommodations and amenities. There are two hotels on this property, The Equestrian Hotel and The Riding Academy. We’ve secured our room block at both of these wonderful hotels, and transportation to and from the ceremony will be provided for guests. In Ocala (20–25 minutes away): Offers a range of hotels, from well-known chains to charming bed and breakfasts. In Gainesville (30 minutes away): Home to various lodging options, including boutique hotels and national chains. We recommend booking accommodations early, as local events can lead to increased demand.

We've secured room blocks at two wonderful hotels within the World Equestrian Center in Ocala, both offering convenient access to our wedding venue, Andalusian Oaks. *The Equestrian Hotel A luxurious, AAA Four Diamond resort featuring 248 elegantly appointed rooms and suites. Guests can enjoy fine dining, boutique shopping, a spa, and a resort-style pool—all set amidst the charm of horse country. This hotel is perfect for those seeking an upscale experience. *The Riding Academy Hotel A stylish and comfortable option offering 390 pet-friendly studios and suites. Located just steps from The Equestrian Hotel, it provides modern amenities, a relaxed atmosphere, and easy access to the World Equestrian Center's attractions. We recommend booking your accommodations early, as these popular hotels tend to fill up quickly, especially during spring events.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation has been arranged for guests staying at The Equestrian Hotel and The Riding Academy Hotel. A shuttle will depart promptly at 3:30 PM from the front entrance of The Equestrian Hotel and take guests to Andalusian Oaks. Guests staying at The Riding Academy Hotel are kindly asked to make their way to the front of The Equestrian Hotel, as there will be one centralized pickup location. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride! We’ve got your transportation to the celebration covered!
