Cocktail attire
Yes! We will be providing transportation for guests staying at our designated hotels. Shuttles will depart at 3:45 from the Hilton Garden Inn to the venue before the ceremony and return guests to the hotel after the reception at 9:30 and 10:00 PM.
While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration!
Yes! There is a large parking lot available at Westwynd Gardens. Please note that if you’re driving to the venue overnight, parking is not allowed, so make sure to arrange your rides accordingly.
The ceremony starts at 4:30 PM. Please arrive no later than 4:15 PM. If you cannot attend the ceremony, the cocktail hour starts at 5:00 PM
Both! Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place on the lawn and greenhouse. The reception will be indoors with access to the outdoor firepit.
While we won’t be hosting a formal welcome party, we’d love to see any early-arriving guests! On Friday evening, we’ll likely be at the hotel bars—stop by for a drink if you’d like. For those staying overnight, we'll also be enjoying a casual breakfast at the hotel on Sunday morning before everyone heads home. If you're around, we'd love to see you there!
