Hotel Accommodations are limited so please book at your earliest convenience. We have a select number of rooms available in the Main Tower, as well as The Alder located on the same property. In the Main Tower, all rooms are King Suite Rooms. If you are in need of a Double Queen Suite, please contact the hotel directly and request them add it to our wedding block for your stay, pending availability. The Main Tower room rate is $349+ tax/fees per night. In the Alder, you will have standard Double Queen + Single King rooms available. The alder room rate is $229+ tax/fees per night. Check in will be on Friday, June 19th, 2026 with Check out being on Sunday, June 21st, 2026. Check in time is at 4:00 pm. Check out is at 11:00 am. The official cut-off date for you to book your accommodations at this property is Friday, May 15th, pending availability. If you are a guest staying on this property during our wedding weekend, transportation to and from the Welcome Party as well as the Wedding + After Party, will be provided for you.

Single Kings are available at a rate of $249+ tax/fees per night. The cut-off date to book accommodations at this property, pending availability, is April 19th, 2026. If you are a guest staying on this property during our wedding weekend, transportation to and from the Welcome Party as well as the Wedding + After Party, will be provided for you.

If you are staying at Resort World Catskills or Hampton Inn Monticello during our Wedding Weekend, Shuttle Services will be provided for you throughout the weekend to get you safely to + from all of the wedding festivities! If you prefer to drive yourself to + from the Wedding itself, please note we will have Valet Services on property to help you safely park your vehicle. Exact transportation schedule to follow as we get closer!
Flight
NY airports
NYC has 3 major airports- Newark, JFK, and Laguardia (We find Newark to be the easiest drive to upstate but all are good!) The airports are all approximately 1.5- 2 hours from the wedding- so we highly recommend renting a car, or meeting up with someone that is! There are no buses or trains that will bring you upstate to the hotel.
