In October 2017, Chelsea and her mom, Sue, were at Dussel Farm buying pumpkins when Chelsea saw a good looking guy working the cash register. They made small talk over college bars and bent IDs. When Chelsea and Sue left Dussel's, Sue convinced Chelsea to write her name and number on the bottom of a pumpkin and head back to the farm to give it to the mystery guy. Chelsea never heard back and needless to say, was mortified. Fast forward a whole year later in November 2018, Chelsea was at Mad Cap Brewery and made eyes with another good looking guy (see a pattern, here?!). They eventually played euchre together and talked until the late hours of the morning. The next day, he invited Chelsea to lunch at Ray's Place which turned into the longest date of their lives and included bowling, hanging with Chelsea's friends, and a night out in Kent. The next day, Brian and Chelsea were talking about the weather (seriously, they were) and Brian mentioned that during the fall, he works at Dussel Farm on the weekends. He said, "One time a girl wrote her name and number on the bottom of a pumpkin and brought it to me at work... I think her name was Chelsea, too." Chelsea was shocked and replied, "That was me." To which Brian responded, "You're the pumpkin girl?" Unbeknownst to them, the universe had brought them together for a second time and they haven't been apart since.
