It all started in the fall of 2021. Boy swipes right, girl also swipes right, and BAM! We texted and chatted for what felt like months. Then it finally happened. On Halloween, I had a free night and this was going to be our first in person date. As the fates would have it, my car was hit and totaled. I called Tom and him being the sweet, patient man that he is; offered to reschedule... after all this planning and lining up schedules... I said, "I could really use a drink right now." This was it. This was the start. HE PICKED ME UP IN THE SKYLINE. How could I not fall for this man? By New Years Eve, I knew I was head over heels for this man. This was a partnership, this was being a team, this was the greatest love I would ever experience in my life. By the time we say, "I do" there will be no hesitation. 5 years of a wonderful life have already been lived. As we plan to celebrate our wedding with our loved ones, we look back at how the universe and technology has brought us together. Sometimes, it's a leap of faith and sometimes it just takes a swipe.
