Molly and Daniel have enjoyed helicopter flights in Chile and over the Grand Canyon. Daniel tried to plan a helicopter tour of Manhattan when they visited in the summer of 2018. So, when Daniel spontaneously booked a helicopter tour of Chicago, Molly thought little of it. But a little bit, yes. Just for one fleeting moment, she thought," Huh? Today would be a great date for a proposal. I should definitely wear something I'll like in pictures." By the time she was dressed and ready, that was completely out of her mind. Daniel couldn't stop talking about his new office and all of the work to be done to move his business. They took a 100mph tour 1000ft above Chicago, passing over the Garfield Park Conservatory where Molly and Daniel took their gorgeous engagement photos, looped over Millennium Park, Lincoln Park and Cafe Brauer where they are to be married, their home, Wrigley Stadium, and back out west to land. As they came in for a smooth landing, the pilot asked Molly if she could see out to the left. As she looked, she saw her name on a HUGE banner. Without reading the 2nd line of the two line banner, Molly turned around to look at Daniel who was ready, and unnecessarily nervously, holding a little box with gorgeous ring. Molly laughed and laughed and of course said yes. Upon landing, the champagne was popped and the flowers were put in water. Daniel is really proud of his meticulously planned proposal.
