IF YOU RECEIVED A DAMAGED INVITATION:

We are so sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, USPS mishandled most of our invitations and over half of our guests received completely destroyed invitations. We had extras separated but not enough to accommodate resending over half of our invites. We hope you can see the vision and that you can make it to our special day!
Question
What should I wear?
Answer
The wedding attire is black tie optional, which means dress to impress!! Whether you're a tuxedo or a suit kind of guy, a sparkly or statement dress kind of lady, this event is the Met Gala of Mark and Amanda's lives! Please be mindful that it is summer but the reception venue temperature will be regulated.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Both the ceremony and the cocktail/reception venue will be indoors, at their respective locations.

When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
May 1st :) So if you haven't RSVP'd yet, it's time, folks.

How do I get to and from the wedding venue?
Answer
The ceremony and venue are 15 minutes away and parking is provided at both locations, so take your car and carpool if you can!

What do I do in the break between the ceremony and cocktail hour?
Answer
The bridal party will be taking pictures, so feel free to do the same! Click our "Things To Do" tab to find our recommended places to go in the meantime. :) Cocktail hour begins at the Palace at 5:30pm! Come hungry!

2pm sharp, American time. ;)

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
While we would love to have everyone we love at our wedding, we are limited by the seating and meal count at the venue and so we kindly ask that all plus-ones be strictly approved by the bride and groom.

What if I have food allergies/dietary restrictions?
Answer
Our cocktail/reception venue at The Palace accounts for all diets and allergies, so please notify your table waiter before ordering your food. Everything is adjustable whether you eat vegetarian, halal, kosher, etc.! If you do have serious food allergies, please notify the bride and groom in advance for extra precautions. ;)

What if I don't drink/am abstaining from alcohol?
Answer
Don't worry, many of us are! The venue can make a mocktail/virgin/non-alcoholic option of every drink available. You think it, they make it! We are providing an open bar so if you are drinking, please find safe transportation home. :)
