One shuttle will be at Oxford suite and one at the Marriott. If you are staying at either of these hotels then plan to use the shuttle that is there. If you are not staying at either of these hotels and rsvp’d for the shuttle you should have been contacted about which one to go to. Shuttles will leave at 3:30 so please get there early to allow yourself time to park and get on the shuttle. If you get there past 3:30 and you don’t see the shuttle then plan on making alternative arrangements to get to the venue. - DEPARTURES 9:00 pm: Early departure 10:30 pm: Late departure Shuttles will be available to give earlier rides back if need upon request. Each shuttle will drop off at both hotels so you do not need to get on a specific one on the way back.
