Please Note that this day is for both families and friends to meet each other. Children are most welcome on this day (Please keep an eye on ALL our children) Everyone will be welcome on camp 4:30 - till late. No guests will be permitted to stay in cabins on this day. Apologies for any inconvenience and we hope you understand

Bridal Party Rehearsal

Camp is booked out from morning till evening for our décor and set-up team. ALL members of the bridal party (flower girls and Paige boys including) please be on camp site before 10 mins before 5pm. Please contact either Cera or Matt if this time and event does not suit you. Alternative contact: Atina (Maid of Honour) ALL OTHER GUEST ARE NOT PERMITTED ON GROUNDS only and unless you are part of the Décor and set-up team.
CHECK IN
7:00 pm
Please NOTE : You will be notified if cabins have been assign to you and your family/group. We have specifically booked cabins for ALL our overseas family wanting to stay on-site, for most of our families travelling from a far and for our bridal party and vendors. We hope you understand.

FORMAL ATTIRE
For ALL our guests travelling on the day, there is a limited amount of carpark spaces onsite. We kindly ask that is you know a few others attending - please try and sort transportation with each other. (Just to save some space) Signs will be onsite as well as our ushers - Please don't be afraid to approach or ask if you require assistance. CEREMONY WILL START AT 3:00PM SHARP.

We know that after the ceremony and the long line of family photos, there can be a long awkward 'what's happening now' moment with our guests. So we've organized some hopefully fun things to keep you all busy. There will be lawn games, music and light refreshments to entertain our guests while the Bridal party go off to take photos. We really do apologize for any long delays. We'll try our best to make it as quick as possible (But knowing Matt and his groomsmen - there's no telling when they'll be done.)
