There is not dedicated transport, but you can use Uber/Lyft, or make a friend at the ceremony and hitch a ride. You can also take the SEPTA Market Frankford Line to Girard Station and grab the 15B bus to the stop closest to the reception.
Our wedding is a hometown reunion. So wear your Sunday best or cocktail duds, but don't make yourself uncomfortable.
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes; if not, we would prefer if it were just you.
