Question
What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Please arrive no later than 3:50 PM. The venue spans 120 acres, so please plan for additional travel time from your transportation, to the ceremony site. Limited golf carts will be available for those who may need additional assistance. Please note that late arrival after 4:00 PM will not be permitted to enter.

What is the attire?
Answer
We are asking that our guests dress up with us! Semi-formal/formal wear is requested. Ladies: floor-length cocktail dresses & heels are encouraged. Gentleman: button-down shirts, ties & slacks are appreciated, jackets are optional, but recommended. Please no jeans, sneakers or flip flops! Neutral and Fall tones are preferred but we also ask guests to AVOID WEARING BLACK (reserved for the bridesmaids), and colors traditionally worn by the bride- cream, ivory, champagne, or any other color similar to white. Please take into consideration, the ceremony is outdoors while the reception is indoors.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Unfortunately, due to limited capacity we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one it will be addressed on your invitation.

Are children invited?
Answer
Although we love your little ones, we respectfully request no children attend unless addressed otherwise. We suggest you use this opportunity as a date night!!

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that you put your phones and cameras away and on silent for an unplugged ceremony. We have an AMAZING photographer and videographer, and we will absolutely share all of the content with you!

Can I take photos and videos during the reception?
Answer
ABSOULTELY!! Photos and videos are encouraged while we dance the night away and celebrate.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
To help with our planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP no later than October 29th. If we don't receive your RSVP by the date specified, we cannot make any exceptions and will have to mark you as 'declined'. We need to provide the venue and vendors with a total guest count in a timely manner. We hope you can understand.

What food will be served?
Answer
We will have a buffet style BBQ dinner. Pulled pork & pulled chicken will be of an option, with the sides of rolls, baked beans, mac n' cheese, coleslaw, and side salad. A late night snack will be served after all the hard partying, before the sparkler send-off, around 9:15 PM.

Will there be on-site parking?

Yes, parking attendants will be there guiding everyone to on-site parking.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes, we will have an open bar for cocktail hour and the reception. Although open, the bartenders still appreciate cash tips!!
