We plan to stay 5 nights, February 20th- 24th; if you would like to fly as a group, reach out for our flight details! Guest Sleeping Room(s) It is our understanding that the guests will book their rooms individually through the link provided by the resort or through a private vendor. The resort agrees to provide your guests with the following ( TBD negotiating group rates check back in 72 hours) room rates, valid from February 19th to February 24th, 2023, to accommodate early arrivals and extended stays. We do not block group rooms, so we strongly urge you to communicate the urgency of making reservations as soon as possible to your guests to avoid the possibility of the resort being sold out. Your group rate will remain available as long as the resort has rooms in inventory. Additionally, we cannot honor your negotiated room rate if your guests choose to book their reservations through a travel company or website other than the link we provide. These rates are per night and 13% tax will be added to these rates. Breakfast Plan and All-Inclusive Plan can be selected when making reservations. All Inclusive Plan ($85 per person, per night) includes 3 meals daily, house brand beverages and spirits. All Inclusive Plan rates vary depending upon occupancy in the room. A 2-consecutive night minimum is required for the All-Inclusive Plan. All guests in the room must be on the same meal plan. Breakfast Plan (add $20 per person, per night). All guest rooms feature either one king or two double beds. Every effort will be made to accommodate bedding requests. Guests should note their preferences when making their reservations.
