Outdoor Ceremony
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

The ceremony will take place outside near the river at the National Railroad Museum as long as there isn't significant rainfall. If rain showers, the ceremony will be held inside at the Lenfestey Center. Guests will board the train at the railroad depot located in the parking lot of the museum and ride the train to the ceremony grounds. The plan is for the train to make three runs between the depot and the ceremony site around 3:30 PM, 3:40 PM, and 3:50 PM. The last train will depart by 3:50 so we recommend giving yourself extra time before the 4 PM ceremony start. After the ceremony is finished, family of Brandon and Kaitlyn please hang around for family pictures. All other guests may make their way to the train where they will ride the train back to the depot and can head into the Lenfestey Center for some hors d'oeuvres/snacks.

Please note: due to regulations at the National Railroad Museum, alcohol cannot be served before 5 PM. Just soda, water, and juice will be served following the ceremony until 5 PM when the bar opens. Dinner Menu- Served Buffet Style Parmesan Peppercorn Chicken Breast Tenderloin Tips Cheesy Potatoes Green Beans with Bacon Sauce Macaroni and Cheese Tossed Salad (with French or Ranch) Dinner Rolls and Butter Food Allergies: There are a few orders of vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free/lactose-free vegetable stir fry over white rice meals available. If you would like one of these meals please notify the catering staff when you head to the buffet line and they can get a stir fry meal for you. Dessert- Cupcakes Triple Vanilla Crème Brulee** Java Explosion White Chocolate Cookies & Cream Chocolate Covered Cherry** **There are a limited number of gluten and dairy free triple vanilla crème brulee and chocolate covered cherry cupcakes available.
