When should I RSVP by?

RSVPs close on January 1, 2026.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no specific dress code for any of the events but please note, swim wear is not allowed for the wedding ceremony.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are not accepting any plus 1's, other than the names that are already listed when you RSVP. At the time that you type your name to RSVP on this website, all invited guests in your group will pop up for you to RSVP for.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Sure! Please reach out to us at 540-645-3907 to inform of us any food allergies.

Is there ground transportation to and from the hotels to the airport?

Answer

Yes, ground roundtrip transportation is included with your stay.

Do I have to stay the length of the dates provided?

Answer

Yes & No. There is a 3 night minimum; however, if you want to stay longer than the dates provided, you can do so. We just ask that you arrive no later than October 22, 2026 and depart no earlier than October 25, 2026.

When will I be able to book rooms and flights?

Answer

After the RSVP deadline closes, we will be reaching out to everyone who RSVP'd with information on booking your stay. For flights, you can book those as soon as your preferred airline opens the October 2026 dates you plan to travel. Southwest should open their calendar for October 2026 on/around the beginning of January. American Airlines, Delta Airlines & United Airlines should be opening their October 2026 calendar around December some time.

Is a passport required for entry into the Dominican Republic?

Answer

Yes, a passport is required when traveling to the Dominican Replublic. Please validate that your passport does not expire no earlier than April 2027 (6 months after travel dates.)
