Flight
Scopello is about 45 minute drive from Palermo Airport (main airport) or 55 minutes from Trapani Airport. Flights go to Palermo from most UK Airports and we've found Ryanair from Stanstead offers the best rates!
Rental Car
There are plenty of options to either hire a car or get an airport transfer. Car Rental: It would be worth checking www.rentalcars.com, however we have used 'Sicily by car' before. I have also always found the most competitive rates from booking a car rental directly through Ryan Air website (whether you book a flight through them or not). Apps: FREENOW - available in Palermo for taxi transfers UBER - limited availability - although it's possible for Uber Lux from Palermo __ For the big day, we will provide transport to and from the venue.
House Or Rental
We would recommend staying in Scopello. Scopello is a beautiful small picturesque village. It has a mix of B&Bs, Boutique Hotel Rooms and Large Private Villas with pools. (rental cars are suggested for Scopello if you are not directly in the centre, but not a necessity). When searching for accommodation in these areas, please check out the 'places to stay' tab.
