We are closely monitoring the status of Covid, including the Delta variant. Fortunately all our wedding events will take place outside and we will do all we can to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
All our events will take place outdoors. Please bring layers and shoes that you’ll be comfortable in.
October is the perfect time to visit the foothills! Highs will be in the mid-70's and lows will be in the mid-50's. We encourage you to bring lots of layers to be comfortable at all times.
The wedding ceremony site and dinner will take place on grass. Dancing will happen on a concrete pad and decomposed granite. Other meals will take place on the patio which is a slight incline on the property. The camping area is level dirt. Pointy heels might be a bit rough.
There are 6 total bathrooms on site. In addition, there will be a "glam" tent set up in the camping area that will include mirrors and electricity for flat irons and hair dryers.
There are two bathrooms available at all times to campers. In addition, we've rented a VIP-Pee - a trailer that has indoor, climatized rooms with a vanity and sink - just like at home!
Yes, there are two outdoor shower stalls on site available for the campers. In addition, there are four other indoor bathrooms with showers that will be made available with a shower schedule. The winery next door will also have two showers available throughout the weekend.
We encourage you to bring a cooler for whatever drinks and snacks you might want throughout the weekend. There will be plenty of food and water stations set up all weekend long. Make sure to bring a headlamp & portable phone chargers. Bring anything you need to feel comfortable camping, stay hydrated and definitely your dancing shoes!
Unfortunately, the entire property including the camping area is not dog friendly as there are chickens, goats and a dog on property.
