What is the dress code for the ceremony and reception?

Formal or cocktail attire!

What time should I arrive to the venue?

Answer

Please arrive 15-20 minutes before the ceremony. The ceremony will start at 6:00pm. If you are staying at the hotel blocks, a bus will be on site to shuttle to the venue and back. Please see shuttle times on the "Travel" tab.

Are children invited?

Answer

Children are welcome to attend the wedding via invitation.

WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED TO AND FROM THE HOTEL TO THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION?

Answer

Yes, we will provide transportation to and from the wedding for guests staying in our hotel blocks.

WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

With weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors. The cocktail hour will take place both indoors and outdoors. The reception will be indoors.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE AVENIR?

Answer

Yes, you are welcome to drive to the venue. Parking is complimentary.

Can I take photos?

Answer

There will be a team of photographers and videographers capturing every moment of the ceremony. During that time we kindly ask you to leaving cameras and cell phones off. After the ceremony has concluded, please take all the photos you like! Thank you for understanding!
