What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before 2pm so we can start on time!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, St. Martin Church has a large parking lot in the back of the church and The Red Barn has a large lot to park in for the reception.

Question

Why is there a gap between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Guests will be responsible for transporting themselves to and from the ceremony. After the full mass, we wanted to give guests staying at the Homewood Suites time to get back to the hotel and get on the 4pm reception shuttle! We will be taking care of all our photos during that time, so we can enjoy the cocktail hour with all of you!

Question

If we aren't staying at the hotel, what should we do between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

You are welcome to drive directly to the reception location. While The Red Barn will not be open yet, there is a bar next door, The Outlook Tavern, with a beautiful patio that overlooks the golf course.

Question

Will we be outdoors? Does the venue have air conditioning?

Answer

The church and reception hall are both air conditioned! You will have the option to stay inside or stand outside on a covered patio during the cocktail hour.
