First off, we're grateful and excited that you're coming in early to celebrate a little extra with us 🎉! We recommend staying in Waikiki during this time for cheaper prices, easier access to the rest of the island, as well as fun nightlife and daytime activities. Some of the pre-wedding festivities will be in, and around, Waikiki and we'll also be staying there the Wednesday before the wedding. There are so many hotels in Waikiki, so we've put together a couple of recs for you with varying price points. Everything in Waikiki is a really close walk, so you can't go wrong if you prefer to stay at other hotels or Airbnbs in the area. We highly suggest moving to a hotel in the Ko Olina/Kapolei starting Friday, 4/22, since that's where we'll be getting married and throwing the after pahtehh (party, for the non-Hawaiians) 🕺! Just scroll down further for those hotel recs.

Both our wedding ceremony and reception will be at Lanikūhonua Cultural Institute in Ko Olina 🥂. In order to fully enjoy the weekend of festivities, we highly recommend you stay close to the venue starting Friday, 4/22. Guests have been instructed to stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Oahu Kapolei, using our group room rate. Transportation will be provided from the hotel to the wedding venue and back. Our shuttle service, Run Shuttle, will transport guests from the hotel to the venue from 3:00-4:00pm, using two x14 person vans, with visible signage "#TheJaegerBerg Wedding". Please note, our ceremony begins at 4:00pm, our venue is ~15 min away from the hotel, and vans will make continuous trips to help ensure guests arrive on time. Please connect with the front desk for any questions/concerns. The same shuttle service, Run Shuttle, will be available post-reception to transport guests from the venue > after-party (Mekiko Cantina) > hotel (Residence Inn, Kapolei). Shuttle services after the wedding will be provided from 10:00pm - 2:00am.

Flight
The best airport to fly into is HNL and we recommend getting your tix as soon as possible to avoid crazy expensive prices. Hawaiian Airlines and United have great non-stop flights from NYC to Honolulu, and Alaska and Delta have great flights if you're coming in from the West Coast.
Rental Car
There's been a limited supply of rental cars on O'ahu due to COVID (which means they've been in high demand), so if you plan on renting a car, we recommend you do do it early! Like now. Do it now.
