When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by Friday, March 11, 2026 to ensure we can accommodate everyone comfortably. You can RSVP via our wedding website. Simply click on the RSVP tab, enter your name, and indicate your attendance.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will promptly begin at 3:00pm. We recommend guest arriving and begin seating 15-30 minutes before the ceremony. Huber Orchard is a gorgeous property so you are more than welcome to come earlier and enjoy what they have to offer!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes we are encouraging semi-floral or could also be called "garden formal". Men should wear dress pants with a button down shirt (optional: blazer or tie). Women may wear short dresses, midi dresses, or a dressy skirt and top. Colors and patterns are encouraged. Please refrain from wearing jeans. Need ideas? Can I bring a date?

We will only be able to accommodate those that have received a plus-one in their invitation. Thank you understanding!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please contact the bride or groom to make sure we can accommodate you. There will also be an area in the RSVP page where you can note any food allergies.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a huge parking lot right next to the venue so its just a short walk to the ceremony location!

Is there anything else that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony will be outside (weather permitting) so please be prepared! April is crazy month for weather so it could be 75 degrees or 55 degrees. The ceremony would be moved inside if the weather is too severe.
