Can I Bring A Plus One?

We kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation attend. If a plus one was included, their name will be on your invite. Thank you for understanding!

What Should I Wear?

Dress code is cocktail/semi-formal. Please keep in mind the weather in November - bring a jacket or wrap if needed!

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! Both our ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue. This means you won't have to worry about traveling between locations - once you arrive, you can relax and enjoy the celebration with us all in one place.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Children are welcome only if their names were included on your invitation. Otherwise, think of it as the perfect chance to enjoy a night out - dress up, relax and celebrate with us!

Will there be parking available?

Answer

Yes! There will be plenty of parking available. Please use the large parking lot located outside of the Rothschild Aquatic Center.

What time does the ceremony start?

Our ceremony will begin at 3:00 PM - please arrive at least 30 minutes early to find your seats and get settled!

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, we'll head straight into celebrating! Guests can enjoy cocktails and mingling, followed by dinner, dancing, and plenty of fun at the reception - all taking place at the same venue.

Where should we stay?

We have a block at the Best Western Plus Wausau-Rothschild & Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites. The Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites will have a shuttle running to and from the venue from 2:00 PM until midnight. If you want to stay elsewhere, there are many surrounding hotels to pick from!

Alcohol MUST remain inside the venue - please do not take drinks outdoors. Drinks are on us! Please drink responsibly and make sure you have a safe ride home. We will have a shuttle running to and from the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Wausau from 2:00 PM until midnight.
