Our wedding will be hosted at Agriturismo La Conca in Sansepolcro, Italy on September 27th, 2026. The ceremony will take place at Villa Cantone with the reception and dancing taking place at Villa Cungi.
Yes! To make the experience as seamless and memorable as possible, we have exclusively rented two stunning villas where all of our guests will stay together. The villas are booked from September 25th - September 29th, 2026.
Check-in is September 25th, 2026 after 4:00 pm. Check-out is September 29th, 2026 by 10:00 am.
We will be covering a portion of the cost and kindly ask that each guest contribute a set amount of the remaining accommodation fee. This will include your room for 4 nights, breakfast, as well as access to both villa properties and shared amenities. We will share the exact amount once we have received our RSVP's. Thank you for being part of this special celebration - we truly cannot wait to spend this unforgettable week with you!
Payment deadline for accommodations will be June 30th, 2026!
To make things as seamless as possible, payment will be sent directly to the bride and groom to avoid any confusion with the Villa! Payment can be made directly in euros using PayPal or Wise (please stay tuned for a message sent out to all guests with information on how to make your payment). This will allow you to pay using debit, credit, etc!
As the villa is already booked, there is nothing you need to do to secure a room. Once you have RSVP'd, Lauren and Adam will review and complete room/villa assignments!
At the recommendation of the villa owner, breakfast will be organized and provided each morning for all guests staying at the villa. For lunch and dinner, guests are welcome to choose what works best for them, whether that means heading into town to explore local restaurants, picking up groceries and cooking at the villa, arranging grocery delivery, or organizing a private chef experience at the villa. If there is enough interest, we can arrange for a chef to come to the villa for a group meal. Please note that this requires a minimum number of guests and must be booked in advance. If you’re interested, please reach out to Lauren or Adam directly. Meals hosted by the bride and groom include: Welcome Dinner – September 26 Wedding Dinner – September 27 Arrivederci Brunch – September 28 And of course – breakfast each morning is covered as well!
As we are trying to keep our wedding an intimate event, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have received a plus one, it will be indicated on your invitation when you RSVP.
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is garden formal attire. This means elegant attire suited for an outdoor celebration, suits and cocktail dresses are encouraged. No jeans please! We kindly ask that on our wedding day our guests refrain from wearing colours traditionally reserved for the bride, such as whites, ivories and creams. Stay tuned for a link to our Pinterest board for inspiration!
Once you have received your formal wedding invitation, you will be able to RSVP at your earliest convenience using the QR code or link to our website. Kindly RSVP by May 1st, 2026.
If we do not receive an RSVP back by May 1st, 2026, you will be marked as a “No.” We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to our vendors and final accommodation costs to our guests in a timely manner. Due to this, we cannot accept late RSVP’s.
We completely understand if you cannot attend and we know it is a lot to ask of our friends and family to travel so far for us! You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, kindly indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.
Our wedding ceremony will take place at Villa Cantone and our reception will take place at Villa Cungi. Stay tuned for details!
Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 pm. Please arrive no later than 3:40 pm.
We would love for our guests to be fully present as we say our “I do’s” and will be having an unplugged ceremony, therefore we kindly ask that you do not take pictures or videos during this time. We have hired a lovely, talented photographer who will capture all those precious moments which we will share with you all once we receive them! Only those who have been advised by the bride and groom to take photos/videos will be able to do so! You are more than welcome to take as many photos/videos as you like during the remainder of the wedding festivities!
